Your data

Privacy policy.

A clear explanation of which personal data we process, why we process it, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Who is responsible?

Imperior is the controller of personal data processed through this website and our business communications. For privacy questions or requests, email imperiormanagement@hotmail.com.

2. Which data do we process?

Through the chatter application form on this website we collect the details you fill in there. We may also receive personal data when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or a booking link activated at a later date.

  • identity and contact details such as your name, email address and telephone number;
  • your message, profile details and any information you voluntarily provide;
  • application information when you apply to work with Imperior, including the answers you give on the application form;
  • technical data such as IP address, browser, device, time and requested page where our hosting provider records this in security logs.

The website is intended for adults. We ask anyone under 18 not to share personal data with us.

3. Why do we process data?

  • Answering questions and introductions: to take steps at your request before a possible contract or to pursue our legitimate business interests.
  • Managing creator or agency relationships: to perform an agreement and manage our services.
  • Reviewing applications: to take steps at your request before a possible employment or contractor agreement.
  • Protecting the website: our legitimate interest in preventing and investigating fraud, misuse and technical issues, including keeping spam and automated submissions out of the application form.
  • Legal administration: to comply with applicable accounting, tax or other legal duties.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Who receives your data?

We only share data where necessary with parties that support us, such as hosting and email providers and professional advisers. When you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. A booking provider is only involved if such a feature is visible and active.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we expect a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Spam protection on the application form. The page with the application form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to recognise whether a submission comes from a person or from an automated program. As soon as you open that page, your browser loads reCAPTCHA from Google. It sends technical data to Google, such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page, the time and how you use the page. When you submit the form, we only receive an assessment from Google, a score between 0 and 1; if the score is too low, we stop the submission. The answers you fill in on the form are not sent to Google. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form against spam and misuse. Google may also use this data to improve reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes, and may process it in the United States; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long do we keep data?

  • general enquiries: up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact;
  • unsuccessful applications: up to 6 months after completion, unless you consent to a longer talent-pool period;
  • active creator, agency or supplier relationships: for the relationship and afterwards for as long as legal retention duties or possible legal claims require;
  • technical logs: according to the hosting provider’s security settings and no longer than necessary for security and incident investigation.

We then delete or anonymise the data unless a legal duty requires further retention.

6. Cookies and preferences

The website stores two functional preferences locally on your device: your language choice and whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage. This selects Dutch or English correctly on your next visit and prevents us from asking the cookie question every time. These preferences contain no name, email address or profile information.

Statistics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used: which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts, which source you arrived from and whether you click a button such as WhatsApp. For this Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which stay on your device for up to two years. If you refuse, or make no choice, those cookies are not set and Google only receives a signal without a cookie and without identifying data, which it uses to estimate visitor numbers only.

Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor here. Data may be transferred to the United States; Google is certified for this under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We use no advertising cookies, do not link the measurement to advertising networks and do not build profiles.

Security. On the page with the application form, Google reCAPTCHA may use a cookie or similar storage, such as _GRECAPTCHA, to recognise automated submissions. This is needed to protect the form against spam and therefore does not depend on your cookie choice. We do not use it for statistics or advertising. See section 4 for more.

You can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, measurement stops from that moment on.

External websites you choose to open, such as WhatsApp, may use their own cookies and technologies. Their privacy policies then apply.

7. What are your rights?

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Send your request to imperiormanagement@hotmail.com. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and normally respond within one month.

You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority where you usually live or work.

8. Security, decisions and changes

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is entirely risk-free, so please do not include sensitive information that is not yet needed in your first message.

We do not make solely automated decisions through this website that have legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile visitors for advertising.

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will always appear here with its most recent update date.
